Subscription or purchase — which one?+
The per-location subscription is the standard plan (monthly or annual with 2 months free, cancel anytime). Prefer to own your register? A lifetime licence is available on request, always paired with the mandatory CENTRAL CARE maintenance contract — contact us.
Are there hidden fees or extra modules to buy?+
No. The FULL PACK includes the entire suite: POS, kiosk, KDS, server pad, e-commerce, delivery connectors. Unlike modular solutions, you don't pay for each function separately. Only the hardware pack and the à-la-carte add-ons are billed separately.
Does the free trial require a credit card?+
No. The 14-day trial requires no credit card, no commitment and no auto-renewal. At the end of the trial, you freely decide whether to continue.
What happens to my data if I stop?+
Your data belongs to you. Whatever your plan, you can export all of your data (sales, products, customers) at any time. No lock-in.
Are payment transaction fees included?+
The prices above cover the software. Card acquiring fees depend on your merchant contract (integrated Clever Finance terminal or your existing terminal in stand-alone mode). We help you get the best rate.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. You can move from LITE to FULL PACK at any time. The switch is immediate, with no data loss. From 3 locations, the Enterprise plan takes over.
